5. Payments and Transactions

Processed withdrawal timelines vary by payment channel. casino meter is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or e-wallet provider. All transactions are final once processed, and casino meter does not guarantee specific processing times.
6. Limitation of Liability
casino meter provides access to gaming and betting services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, casino meter makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
casino meter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

In the event of suspension due to a policy breach, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
